The only people who have access to your key or access code are our main office and your pet sitter.
We track all key movements.
If your home has an access code, it will only be available to your pet sitter during scheduled service hours.

Our cat sitting service typically includes one of our nearby pet sitters stopping by once or multiple times a day to take care of any of your cat needs. Along with food and water, this could include a game of trying to catch the laser pointer with your cat for example.
