The only people who have access to your key or access code are our main office and your pet sitter.
We track all key movements.
If your home has an access code, it will only be available to your pet sitter during scheduled service hours.

Our dog walking service has the duration of 30 min. We understand that different dogs have different needs so for elderly dogs or dogs with limiting medical conditions walks can be scheduled for less than 30 min.

Yes! You can cancel or reschedule with no charge up to 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
