  • To book a service, please visit the booking page of the website choose your desired service book the timing slot desired and the staff that you want to provide the service, fill out any required information on the booking for and proceed with the payment. you will receive a confirmation email with your desired booking slot. 

  • Yes, all of our pet care providers are trained and experienced in handling various types of pets. We thoroughly vet each team member to ensure they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and passionate about providing exceptional pet care.

  • Absolutely! We can accommodate recurring appointments to fit your needs, whether it's daily, weekly, or monthly. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements, and we'll tailor a schedule that works best for you and your pet. We offer monthly plans.

  • We understand that each pet is unique and may have specific needs. Please inform us about any special requirements, medications, or dietary restrictions during the booking process, and our team will be sure to accommodate them.

  • Yes, we believe in keeping our clients informed about their pet's well-being. Our pet care providers will send you updates and photos during the service to ensure you have peace of mind knowing your pet is being well cared for.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any feedback or concerns about our services, please contact our customer support team, and we will work to address any issues promptly. After the services have been finalized you will receive a feedback form to fill out to let us know how we did and how we can improve

  • Yes, we encourage a meet-and-greet session between you, your pet, and the pet care provider before your appointment. This allows your pet to become familiar with the provider and gives you an opportunity to discuss any specific needs or concerns.

  • Our pet care providers are thoroughly vetted, trained, and insured. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets and take all necessary precautions to ensure a secure environment. Our team follows strict protocols, such as securely locking doors and gates and not wearing any branded uniforms that might indicate an empty home.
